2P SOLUTION was recommended by the Qualification Committee for Steel Bridge Structure Plants – as confirmed by Qualification Certificate No. 10/M/21 – in terms of repairs to and assembly of steel bridge structures in accordance with applicable regulations. In compliance with Polish Standards and the aforementioned Qualification Certificate, our company can also repair and assemble:
- railway and road structures, level crossings and footbridges;
- structures with span up to: unlimited;
- structures with span up to: unlimited;
- structures in terms of static systems: free supported, continuous, frame, plate, arched;
- structures in terms of girder type: full-walled, truss;
- structures of structural, ordinary, high-strength or special steel;
- structures in terms of plate thickness: up to 40 mm;
- structures in terms of connection types: welded, riveted, welded and riveted, with reamer bolts, with compression bolts;
- structures in terms of welding methods: manually, semi-automatically and automatically in protective gas shields and under flux;
- bridge equipment elements such as bearings, expansion joints, handrails, stairs etc.
